Abstract

Based on the open-cut tunnel project of Xiong’an New Area in Xiongxin High-speed Railway, this paper studies open-cut tunnel intelligent construction to address low efficiency, difficult quality control and many hidden dangers in traditional construction. After sorting out relevant research, it builds a whole-process modular intelligent construction system (including three construction modules and digital twin and remote control module) based on construction processes, proposes four core technologies, develops supporting intelligent equipment like arc vibration beam, and realizes whole-process control with digital twins. The research forms a closed loop, integrating technology, equipment and digital chain, improves efficiency and quality, and provides a reference for open-cut tunnel intelligent construction.
