Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue, “Smart and Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Digital Transformation, Resilience, and ESG Integration,” explores how digital technologies and sustainability principles jointly reshape modern supply chains. The focus is on integrating artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, and big data analytics with sustainable and resilient operations to support the global transition toward low-carbon and responsible production systems. The scope includes theoretical and empirical studies addressing circular economy models, risk management under uncertainty, and ESG-based decision frameworks.

This issue complements the growing literature on green and digital supply chain management by emphasizing their convergence—bridging the gap between operational efficiency, environmental responsibility, and corporate governance. It aims to provide new insights into how firms can build data-driven, transparent, and socially responsible supply networks in an era of disruption and digital transformation.
