The 2022 IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics (IEEE RCAR 2022) will be held in Guiyang, China, from 17 to 22 July 2022. This conference aims to provide a forum for researchers in the fields of robotics and real-time computing to share their latest results and explore the opportunity for research collaboration. With many applications of robots in industry and service sectors, real-time computing plays a major role in various aspects of robotics, including real-time control, human–robot interactions, sensor perception and fusion, robot intelligence, etc. The scope of RCAR 2022 covers research, development and applications in the dynamic and exciting areas of real-time computing and robotics. Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou Province in China. It is located in the center of the province, situated on the east of the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau. Guiyang is surrounded by mountains and forests, and is home to a large Miao and Bouyei ethnic minority population. RCAR 2022 promises to be a great event for all participants, with excellent technical and social programs.
