The 16th European Symposium on Controlled Drug Delivery

The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to participate in the 16th European Symposium on Controlled Drug Delivery. 

Throughout the previous editions, this international symposium with participants from all over the world has established itself as a high-quality symposium on all aspects of Advanced Drug Delivery. The beautiful location of hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee, near the sandy beaches, and the excellent symposium program guarantee you both a relaxing and a scientifically rewarding event.

Scientific topics of the symposium are:

  • NUCLEIC ACID DELIVERY

       Challenges and opportunities in controlled delivery of antisense oligonucleotide, small interfering RNA, and DNA therapeutics.

  • PRECISION MEDICINE

Tailoring medical treatment to the individual characteristics of the patient.

  • NOVEL CONCEPTS, MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES

New approaches to overcome physical and biological barriers in controlled drug delivery.

  • TRANSLATIONAL DRUG DELIVERY RESEARCH

Translation of nanomedicines from academia to industry.

  • TARGETED DRUG DELIVERY

Exploiting extra- and intracellular transport mechanisms for targeted delivery.

Besides the invited lecture program, a lively poster session will be held on Wednesday evening. Poster prizes of € 500 will be awarded for the best presentations, in part sponsored by MDPI’s open access journal Pharmaceutics! All participants are encouraged to contribute to this event.
