Pharmaceuticals | Recruiting Editorial Board Members for the Section "Pharmacology"


Pharmaceuticals (ISSN: 1424-8247, IF: 5.215) is currently recruiting Editorial Board Members for the “Pharmacology” Section.

Pharmaceuticals is a peer-reviewed and open access journal of medicinal chemistry and related drug sciences, published monthly online by MDPI. It is indexed within Scopus, SCIE (Web of Science), PubMed, PMC, Embase, CAPlus/SciFinder, and other databases. Pharmaceuticals ranks 69th out of 279 (Q1) in the “Pharmacology & Pharmacy” category and 16th out of 63 (Q2) in the “Chemistry, Medicinal” category.

The main responsibilities of Editorial Board Members include the following:

  • Reviewing a couple of manuscripts per year;
  • Making decisions for submitted papers;
  • Editing a Special Issue on a topic related to your research;
  • Recommending timely topics and suggesting potential Guest Editors;
  • Checking the summary of Special Issues;
  • Identifying appropriate conferences for editors to attend;
  • Promoting the journal.
