Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the Marine Drugs 2024 Travel Award. Two winners will be selected and each winner will be granted a CHF 1000 bonus to attend an international conference relevant to Marine Drugs journal’s scope (https://www.mdpi.com/journal/marinedrugs/about), which is the “research, development, and production of biologically and therapeutically active compounds from the sea.”
Applications are open now and will be closed on 30 June 2024. All applications will be carefully reviewed by the Award Evaluation Committee consisting of senior scientists from the Marine Drugs Editorial Board. For detailed requirements, please refer to the instructions below.
Each winner will be awarded CHF 1000 and an electronic certificate.
Please submit your application for the Marine Drugs 2024 Travel Award through the link, https://www.mdpi.com/journal/marinedrugs/awards, clicking on “Apply”. The application deadline is 30 June 2024.

Eligibility and Requirements
– Postdoctoral fellows or PhD students.– Plans to attend an international conference held in August 2024–July 2025, and has applied to give a presentation at the conference.
List of Documents for Application
– Curriculum vitae and list of publications of the applicant.– Information about the conference that the applicant is planning to attend and the abstract to be submitted.
– Justification letter describing the focus of the research (100~300 words).
– Recommendation letter from the supervisor/research director/department head of the applicant, which also confirms the applicant’s status as a postdoctoral fellow/PhD student.
