The Congress is a unique opportunity to keep up to date with what is happening in the internal combustion engine industry and along the value chain, to talk to other professionals from all over the world, to stay in dialogue, and to discuss the topics that interest us most or that are particularly pressing for us and for the industry.
South Korea will host the 30th edition of the Congress since the founding of the association back in 1951. This proud tradition proves how important and how indispensable this global meeting is. South Korea is hosting the CIMAC Congress for the first time—a suitable choice considering how the country and its important shipbuilding industry have asserted themselves on the world market and have continuously occupied a leading position for a long time.
We are pleased to be hosted in Busan with its outstanding port. Its depth and low tidal differences have helped Busan become the largest container-handling port in the country and the fifth largest in the world.
