Welcoming Prof. Dr. Qing Zhang to the Editorial Board of Fermentation

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Qing Zhang has joined Fermentation (ISSN: 2311-5637) as an Editorial Board Member.
Prof. Dr. Qing Zhang works at the Guangdong Province Research Center of Woody Forage Engineering Technology, South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China.
He completed his Ph.D. degree in grassland science at the China Agricultural University, China, in 2016, and subsequently joined South China Agricultural University.
His research interests are focused on the fermentation process of silage, including chemical, microbial changes, new additives to reduce nutrition loss, protein degradation, harmful substances, and improved digestibility and animal performance. He has published more than 60 articles in international journals, books, and proceedings of conferences.
We warmly welcome Prof. Dr. Qing Zhang in his role as an Editorial Board Member, and we look forward to his contributions to the continued success of the journal.
