European Journal of Investigation in Health, Psychology and Education | World Mental Health Day in 2023—“Mental Health is a Universal Human Right”

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and everyone has the right to access high-quality mental health care. However, many people around the world do not have access to the mental health care they need, due to stigma, discrimination, and lack of resources. World Mental Health Day takes place annually on 10 October. This year’s theme (by the World Foundation of Mental Health) is “Mental health is a universal human right”. World Mental Health Day focuses on raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change for the population’s mental health.

To further explore the related research, on World Mental Health Day 2023, the European Journal of Investigation in Health, Psychology and Education (EJIHPE, ISSN: 2254-9625) has gathered open access academic research on the topic of mental health. We would like to share cutting-edge scientific knowledge in the field on this special day.
