Feature papers are submitted upon individual invitation or recommendation by the scientific editors and must receive positive feedback from the reviewers.
Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ryo Okui has been appointed Co-Editor-in-Chief of Econometrics (ISSN 2225-1146).
Dr. Ryo Okui received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kyoto University in 1998 and obtained a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
Dr. Ryo Okui, the incoming Co-Editor-in-Chief, joined the Econometrics journal in 2017 and has helped the journal grow at a rapid pace. Dr. Ryo Okui is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Seoul National University.
Dr. Ryo Okui’s research focuses on econometrics (instrumental variables estimation, dynamic panel data models, and model averaging), experimental economics, and empirical microeconomics.
We warmly welcome Dr. Ryo Okui as our Co-Editor-in-Chief and look forward to his valuable contribution for the continued success of Econometrics.
