Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
In an era marked by unparalleled advancements in phlebo-lymphology, this Special Issue aims to highlight the significant progress in this interesting field. We invite authors to submit original research and in-depth reviews demonstrating current trends, cutting-edge treatments, and transformative research in phlebo-lymphatic disease management. While fundamental/lab research aligns best with the scope of Biomedicines, studies involving clinical data and the clinical applicability of basic research results may be of interest for this Special Issue. Our focus encompasses, but is not limited to, the following topics:
- New treatment options in chronic venous disease;
- Venous leg ulcers;
- Deep vein thrombosis prevention and treatment;
- Trauma and thrombotic risk;
- Lymphology, lipoedema and lymphoedema;
- Pelvic pain management;
- Lymphedema, thrombosis, and synergy between oncology and phlebology;
- Cross-talk between phlebo-lymphology and other related specialties.
This Special Issue is committed to providing a platform for knowledge dissemination, fostering synergistic research collaborations, and highlighting the rapid and significant advances in the field of phlebo-lymphatic disease therapies.
