2023 IEEE International Conference on E-Health and Bioengineering
We are glad and honored to invite you to join the 11th edition of the IEEE International Conference on e-Health and Bioengineering, EHB 2023 on 9-10 November 2023, which will take place online and in person in Bucharest, Romania. This year, the conference motto is “Innovation for a better healthcare", and we have to stress that medical bioengineering and biomedical engineering reinforce medical research and health care.
This conference is mainly dedicated to e-health systems, medical bioengineering, biomedical engineering, and related fields. The specific aim and objectives are to promote concepts and advanced hardware and software technologies in the emerging domains of e-health, medical devices and instrumentation, biosignal and image processing, medical informatics, biomechanics, biomaterials, biotechnologies, medical physics, healthcare management, teaching and (e)learning, rehabilitative and assistive technologies, and new disciplines, such as bioinformatics, systems biology, and virtual physiological humans.
In this respect, some of the prominent future challenges in modern medicine are: prosthetic arms, new medical devices and bioinstrumentation for non-invasive diagnosis and treatment, image-guided robotic instruments for surgical interventions, computer and telecom-aided medical intervention, new and multimodal imaging techniques used to see human organs and sub-cells structures, intelligent systems and technologies in rehabilitation engineering, a new kind of ambulance equipped for complete diagnosis and communications facilities, new telemedicine and e-health services, and new home self-care options.
