Applied Sciences Receives an Increased CiteScore of 5.5


We are pleased to share that Applied Sciences (ISSN: 2076-3417) received an increased CiteScore of 5.5 in June 2025, which is an impressive achievement, with the following ranks:

  • Q1 (72nd out of 344) in the “Engineering, General Engineering” category;
  • Q1 (37th out of 174, improvement) in the “Physics and Astronomy, Instrumentation” category;
  • Q1 (22nd out of 97, improvement) in the “Chemical Engineering, Fluid Flow and Transfer Processes” category;
  • Q2 (293rd out of 947) in the “Computer Science, Computer Science Applications” category;
  • Q2 (164th out of 460) in the “Materials Science, General Materials Science” category;
  • Q2 (33rd out of 70, improvement) in the “Chemical Engineering, Process Chemistry and Technology” category.
