Best PhD Thesis Award

Dear Colleagues,

As the Editor-in-Chief of Antibiotics, it is my great pleasure to announce the winner of the Antibiotics 2021 Ph.D. Thesis Award. This prize was aimed to be granted to a Ph.D. student or a doctor who has produced a highly anticipated academic potential thesis.

The award has been granted to:

“Design & Synthesis of Peptidomimetics as Toolbox to Probe Emerging Antimicrobial and Anticancer Strategies” By Rosa Bellavita, Department of Pharmacy, University of Naples, Federico II., Naples, Italy.

The winner will receive CHF 1000, an electronic certificate, and the opportunity to publish a free paper in Antibiotics in 2022.

On behalf of the evaluation committee, I congratulate Dr. Rosa Bellavita on her accomplishments.
