Actuators 2020 Young Investigator Award (2,000 CHF)
We are pleased to announce that the “2020 Actuators Young Investigator Award” is now open. This prize will be given to a young investigator in recognition of his/her excellence in the research field of actuators technology and its applications. All nominations will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee led by the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Delbert Tesar; Prof. Dr. Kenji Uchino.
–– 2000 CHF (Swiss Francs);
–– An offer to publish a paper free of charge without a fixed deadline in Actuators after peer review;
–– An electronic certificate.
Eligibility and Requirements:
–– Must be below 40 years of age or have received their PhD no more than 10 years prior to 31 December 2020);
–– Must have produced ground-breaking research and a significant contribution to the advancement of actuators;
–– Candidates must be nominated by their supervisors, research director, or department head.
List of Documents for Nomination
–– Detailed Curriculum Vitae including an updated publication list and a list of the researcher’s own research grants;
–– Birth certificate or other proof of age;
–– Scanned copy of doctorate certificate;
–– Signed nomination letters from two established senior scientists.
