I would like to thank the Reviewer for highlighting important new results in this manuscript and for suggesting a more detailed presentation of the conditions created for further visualizations of characteristic functions.  Such a presentation has been made in the revised text.

In particular, Remarks 1-2 have been supplemented with points c),d) and d), respectively, and the last paragraph of this manuscript has been significantly expanded. In addition, the minor mistakes 1 and 2 listed by the Reviewer have now been corrected.
