Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript entitled “Olfactory ensheathing cells for spinal cord injury: the cellular superpowers for nerve repair”. In general, the authors present the data clearly and the figure helps explain a complex topic well. I have no corrections to make.

Author Response

Thank you for the review. There are no comments to address.

Reviewer 2 Report

It is an excellent review.

A minor point may be the possibility of adding some views about the potential future use of reprogrammed glia or neurons  for therapy

Author Response

Thank you for the review. As per the reviewer's suggestion, we have added a new section, section 5, to include a description of the potential for genetic reprogamming to enhance cell function or to increase cell production, and we have provided references to some examples of work that has reported such approaches.
