Nevertheless, some shortcomings need to be solved.

Line 58, page 2, please be more specific.

Line 62, page 2, please reformulate (a suggestion): that promote tissue healing  of different tissues

line 68, page 2 : and stimulates the differentiation of neural stem cells into neu ronal phenotypes [9]

line 159, page 4 : the reference should be after "Tabakman et al,"

This has to be a rule for the next cases.

Please check "siSOX9"

Please define PLGA at first appearance.

References are exhaustively covering the discussed aspects and most of them are recent. Literature is covering the last 20 years, thus showing the most important approaches and achievements.
