I have gone through the manuscript titled “Virtual Reality Applications Market Analysis – on the example of Steam Digital Platform”. In my opinion authors have been successful in reaching their aims and goals.
Generally, the paper portrait a complete image of VR status que. As result, the practical contribution is valuable but theoretical aspect is less supported by marketing theories in introduction also in discussion. Therefore, the discussion reasoning is less based on marketing theories. Although the author indicates to the theoretical contribution (line 686).
I would like to suggest the followings:
1. Abstract should be more self-explanatory specifically in conclusion part. Also I suggest author to write down this important part of paper in a more strategic manner.
2. The keywords provided by authors are mainly derived from the main title. Authors should try to provide some different keywords. This would increase the visibility of paper by search engines if accepted for publication by journal.
3. Introduction part is in need of some revision. This part should be clear image of the subject which will be lead to objects of study. I mean in the direction of marketing and what dimension of marketing is considered by author.
4. Moreover, I may suggest the followings comments:
5. Material and methods are well written. However, I suggest authors to provide a flowchart of research to present clear image of research process. The engine and keywords that used for search of Steam Digital Platform.
6. The result and discussion part is well written and justified. In discussion, authors should try to extract more strategical outlines regarding the marketing.
7. Based on author mentions could we conclude that player prefers the prohibited, emotional and more adventurous customs in games (line 631-633)?
8. The case that Half-Life Alyx, receive the most positive feedback remain unclear! (line 636-638)
9. The rest of paper is well written and I don’t have any further comments.

This work analyzes the virtual reality applications available on the Steam platform, considering the number of applications, genres, types of headsets, and language.
The first figure 1 should be redone because it is informal to use a screenshot when the data can be imported to generate a better quality graph and a better description.
There are two figures with the name "Figure 1".
There are two figures with the name "Figure 3".
Figure 1-3 needs to be improved because there is blurry text.
I miss a statistical analysis that expands the findings and validates some of the conclusions obtained.

The article concerns a new issue which are virtual reality systems. The analysis presented in the article focuses on applications that are distributed by popular application sharing platforms. Some applications, especially specialized applications, are based on a different distribution model (especially specialized applications such as simulators, applications supporting production, rehabilitation applications, etc.). In future research, the market analysis should be extended with additional examples from this group in order to obtain more reliable effects of the popularity of VR applications. However, the market research presented in the article reflects the general trends in the development of the VR market in the world.
