Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Authors put significant efforts in the work. The manuscript can be accepted in its current format. However I suggest authors to improve the quality of the introduction section.

Author Response

We appreciate this reviewer's feedback on our article and very much appreciate the recommendation to edit and improve the introduction prior to acceptance.  The introduction was edited extensively and this also allowed us to edit some of the references that had been used for this section.  We feel that the new introduction is much more succinct while still relaying important information.  Thank you for this feedback.

Reviewer 2 Report

Referee comments on the paper Implementation of Surfactant Administration Through Laryngeal or Supraglottic Airways (SALSA): A Jordanian NICU’s Journey to Improve Surfactant Administration presented for publication in the Children.

The article is a summary of the report on the use of the SALSA technique which effectively and efficiently delivers surfactant. The effectiveness of the use of this technique has been demonstrated compared to the InSurE method. The manuscript reported very useful information with application. The discussion of the research results is quite precise.

 I noticed minor inaccuracies

-          the time unit is missing in Fig. 3

with these corrections, the work will become suitable for publication in Children

Author Response

We thank this reviewer for their time in reviewing our article and for pointing out that the units were inadvertently left off of Figure 3.  This has been corrected in the new manuscript.
