Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The following is my review of the manuscript, “GNSS and LNSS Positioning of Unmanned Transport Systems: the brief classification of terrorist attacks on USVs and UUVs” Electronics-1078209.  The technical components of the paper are sound and the manuscript investigates newly designed anti-jamming and anti-spoofing GNSS systems that open up new opportunities for innovative technologies. The false acoustic signal delay is equal to the sum of the spoofer receiver antenna delay, processing delay, and propagation delay.

The paper makes a valuable contribution to the literature and it is of value to the readers of Electronics. While the authors have assembled a somewhat relevant, rigorous and contemporary literature review, I would suggest that they investigate and try to incorporate the following document that may give them some insights on improving their method used to fuse sensor data in measuring false acoustic signal delays.

James A. Rodger, Toward reducing failure risk in an integrated vehicle health maintenance system: A fuzzy multi-sensor data fusion Kalman filter approach for IVHMS  Expert Systems with Applications, Volume 39, Issue 10, August 2012, Pages 9821-9836

The previously mentioned strengths of the manuscript suggest that the paper can be considered of high quality and of sufficient value to the readership of Electronics. Therefore, based on the foregoing discussion, I would recommend that this paper be accepted, after reviewing and integrating the citation that was referred to above. There also needs to be an improvement in the overall manuscript flow and cohesiveness, and an extension of the conclusion section of the document to make it more logical and concise.

Round 2

Reviewer 2 Report

This version is significantly improved. The text does not contain original material, but would be useful as an introduction to the subject for a reader who was not familiar with the problems of jamming and spoofing.
