Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsDear Author,
the Paper is readable, but it could be a short note in a Conference, not a full paper in a Journal. The research shown should be completed. The results as presented are not significant. The new compounds are not significantly better than the previous ones, and the colour is not even black.
I suggest you to show separately the visible and NIR part in all graphs, and increase the y scale in figure 8.
Please add longer explanation for TEM images.
Also the resistance test should be longer, what happens in case of repeated contact with acids?
And artificial ageing of the pigment under xenon lamps?
the spectral curves are shown, but the discussion is short.
Are these pigment compatible with most common binders?
Explain better why they can be defined environmental friendly, which is their economic cost? does it cover the enhance in their properties?
I suggest you improve your manuscript with broader reflections
