This paper presents a method for the early identification and localization of weak seedlings. Several improvements must be performed.

- Figure 2 shows color and depth images. The height of plants is shown using use gray level. This figure can be improved by equalizing the pictures or using a color map.  

- for the flowchart that is shown in figure 4, increase the size of letters and numbers used in the axis

1. Can you also provide Tp and FP rates in table 6

2. Discussion of your work wrt other similar studies is missing in the results and discussion section 

3. can you discuss how the system will be adapted in practice. What are the risks. For example if the approach is to discard all weak seedlings and due to 89% accuracy, a particular seedling detected as weak is actually not. 

4. some discussion related to when misclassification is occurring and what can be possible ways to deal with it is very important and must be included in the study
