The paper is interesting but the representation is quite confusing. Kalman filter and dead reckoning are positioning techniques. The benefit of using these techniques on the vehicle communications was not explained and illustrated well in the paper. For example, the author can illustrate the path of vehicles with and without kalman filter and dead reckoning. Besides, the authors should explain clearly the novelty of the system implemented in the paper. Other than that, the technical details are presented well.

The authors proposed the inter-vehicle communication mode and data processing method in the paper.
Suggestions for Improvement:
1. The authors can describe algorithm steps in more details.
2. Results needs to be improved.
I) The authors failed to provide power analysis of the proposed design.
II) The authors failed to provide effectiveness analysis for the proposed system.
III) The authors failed to provide performance overhead of the proposed system.
3. Related work section can be improved and authors should compare their work with the other research works. The authors missed many papers from the area such as:

This paper is quite good and detailed on how to explain it. However, the test must be done at least 30 times to gain statistical confidence.
1. What are the main questions behind the purpose of this research?
2. What is the state-of-the-art research carried out?
3. This paper describes the communication package and the design of how to harvest using heavy equipment. What is the main focus of the research conducted?
4. Authors need to compare with design models from other researchers to get a gap analysis of the model proposed in this study.
5. Add at least 30 data experiments to get a statistical explanation.
6. Further analysis of the graphs obtained.
7. Analyze again why you can get a better accuracy value from the proposed method.
8. Compare with other methods not only using Kalman Filter, such as Monte Carlo
