This paper discussed about the feasiblity of detection of carrageenan adulteration in chicken meat using 400-1000nm HSI. 

Following are my suggestions and questions:

Line92. Will the thickness of the sample affect the spectra? 2.4.2. Why PCA needs to be mentioned? The principle component of PLS and PCA may not be indentical.  A and KM units are all came from R. Do you think non-linear models instead of PLS will perform even better?
