Dear authors congrats on your valuable work. This will be really useful either for dentists and patients. It is really important to know appropriate style brushing and selecting proper -appropriate agent. Especially nowadays there is a huge tendency to natural agents. So in my opinion, abstract may be improved. The design is good. Also results are disccused in a good way and supported with references. References are correct. So, as a result it can be accepted after minor revision.

I have some suggestions for improving your article.

line 51 state which studies "hat show that the diets of our 

ancestors rich in fats and proteins favoured good oral health while the consumption of semi-prepared foods, canned food, sweets, caused the increase in the index of caries in today's population".

line 87: what are these few studies?

Materials and methods: What is the criterion for the age of the patients?

Other articles that have done similar studies to those in this manuscript should be cited.

Bilbiography: You need to increase bibliographic citations

Is there approval from the university ethics committee?
