The paper is well written and has a good presentation. It offers a new design of a multi-level amplitude shift keying circuit for data transfer in a wireless power transfer system. It clearly bolds the advantages of the design such as reducing the system volume without DCDC modulation circuit, reducing the influence of passive devices, and improving the baud rate of the system. It studies the properties of the design theoretically and also shows an empirical verification. Overall the paper has logical flow, and clear presentation and I did not have any major concerns with it. The items I suggested were some minor recommendations to improve the paper. 

I suggest showing Ip and its direction in Figure 1(b) (The same Ip that is drawn in Figure 2.)

Line 161, it says “in equation (3)…” but I believe it should be “in equation (4)…

Currently, in the experimental test, the authors state that the signal transmission error rate is set to 0. It is not very clear if this is the setting of the test, or result of the test. If the paper could elaborate a little more about it, and explain 
  • if this is the setting of the test, how they have set it and if they can repeat the test with different transmission error rates
  • if this is the result of the test what factors affect the error rate, and if they can demonstrate the effect of these factors as part of their experimental setup.

In this paper, the authors propose a phase shift full bridge (PSFB) based M-ary amplitude shift keying (MASK) power and information synchronous transmission system. The pulse width modulation (PWM) waveforms with different phases control the MOSFETs in the full-bridge inverter for MASK modulation. The experimental measurement numerical results adopted for the problem have the prospect of popularization and application, and further confirm the feasibility of the proposed circuit.

1. We compare the description of the abstract with the conclusions of the article. These papers are worth studying. Authors highlight their contributions and usefulness.

2. The technical development of this paper is worthy of application and will help the development of industrial technology.

3. In this manuscript, the authors propose to further verify that the proposed method reduces the size of the system without the DC-DC modulation circuit. The proposed method can reduce the voltage fluctuation to 5% to minimize the impact of voltage fluctuation on the load.

4. This manuscript is very interesting and worthy of study and application.

5. If "wireless power transmission (WPT)" of the manuscript is to be used as a keyword, it is recommended to appear at least once of the abstract.

6. In general, I think the experimental system proposed by the author is consistent with the experimental results of the reference values. I think the abstract and conclusion of the manuscript can be accepted for publication in the “applied sciences” of journal after writing and revising it to make it clearer.
