I commend the author for their work in designing and conducting the experiment as well as analyzing and discussing the obtained data.
The title is fine as it is, but more informative titles tend to increase the number of citations of a study, which is interesting for both the authors and the journal. I would suggest that the authors include the main finding of the study in the title. Please do feel free to disagree and maintain the title as it is.
The authors might mention the possible effect of genetic change on altered TMG or performance result and thus on athletic performance. This could open avenues for further study (athletic performance, injury and genetics.

The general idea and execution of the manuscript is good. However, there are several studies about the same topic in soccer players. In addition there are some issues that need to be addressed
1) Limitations of the study should be included
2) Table 1 is not needed. The information might be inlcuded in the text.
3) There are some English grammar issues and lack of scientific language. I strongly recommend sending the manuscript to a specialized company or a native speaker to be checked. Example of some issues
- Line 17: define COD (it appears here for the first time)
- Line 21: "....reduce worsen in abilities...."? Rewrite
- Line 78: sentence in present form. Review all text to normalize verb forms
- Line 100: ref?

This is a well designed study with good methodology and appropriate results presentation. However, I have some observations:
Row 46 - replace "enought"
Row 70 - 74 - After a quick search, I did find a study that somehow assessed TMG and additional forms of training - doi: 10.1519/JSC.0b013e3182470d33 - consider rephrasing.
Row 100 - You have not defined the "Tc" abbreviation yet.
Figure 1 - Please add a proper legend to the figure;
Figure 2 - This is a very poor quality image - please consider replacing with a higher resolution where the numbers can be read;
Almost 40% of references are 10 years old or more. Please consider updating where it is possible.
