This study investigated the physiochemical properties of African catfish mucus and its effects on the stability of soya milk emulsions.
line 25 Authors mentioned “The spectra of stabilized emulsion revealed glycosidic and peptide bond interactions with soya milk droplets.” There is no evidence to show glycosidic and peptide bond interaction with soya milk. line 187 Why did authors provide references 35 and 54 in this sentence? line 210-204 It is not a sentence. line 235 [27]. Is not a subject in this sentence. 179.2 + 1.0a and 179.2 + 0.6c were found in Table 2. How come these two data have significant difference?Author Response

Paper is deep in a form and a merit. Provides detailed descripioton of the title subject together with concise conclusions. I would add howecver the suplementarny subchapter or extension of introduction describing biological safety of food products - soya milk - with with ACM emulsifier.
