Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The purpose of the manuscript is clearly stated and the manuscript is built a logical case and context for the problem statement.

The results are presented in a sufficiently clear and complete manner. The state of art is clearly described and the limitations of study are correctly mentioned.

In my opinion, authors should subline that the epidemiologic findings of this pathology depends on ability of detection; thus, a radical surgery and a subsequent histologic analysis of all tissue are fundamental in order to correctly evaluate the frequency of basosquamous carcinoma.

Thank you for your comments and suggestion. I would change the chapter of epidemiology, outlining this aspect.

Dear authors, this is a very interesting review on BSC presenting recents knowledge on the disease and its management.

I generally suggest to shorten too long sentences by dividing them into several sentences throughout the manuscript.
