Manuscript requires major revision  before it can be published 

-What about the stability of these devices prepared by Sol-gel Method, Hydrothermal Method Spray-Drying Method, Anodic Oxidation Method and  Microwave-Assisted Method. This point should be discussed.

- Comprehensive proofread is essential throughout the manuscript

 - A few relevant references need to be cited in this article to enrich the background like, .e.g., Structural, optical and sensing properties of Cr-doped TiO2 thin films. Sensor Letters, 2011, 9.5: 1697-1703.

-The authors should give much more information about the novelty of this paper

-What about the stability of these devices  prepared by Sol-gel Method, Hydrothermal Method Spray-Drying Method, Anodic Oxidation Method and  Microwave-Assisted Method. This point should be discussed.
