The article is well presented, and the topic can be interesting.

The main problem it has is the sample size, this must be added as a limitation. Even add the n in the tables.

The conclusions must be humble, based on the sample size, with suggestions.

Table 2 can be done with the gain of each group, subtracting the posttest from the pretest, and performing a non-parametric ANCOVA, with spss 28, having the pretest as a covariate.

The study design and hypothesis are clear. The paper is well written. There are only a few points that should be addressed:

1. Why the authors enrolled young men that usually do not have problems with sleep?

2. Please provide a study that confirms the validity of melatonin assessment in saliva.

3. Please describe in more detail the study limitations. 

4. How the number of study subjects was established?
