General comments:

This is an interesting article regarding breakfast style and its association with nutrient intake along with sleep parameters.

The Introduction sounds logical and there’s no fragmented information. Also, it gives the necessary keywords to enter the investigated field.

Methods:

The methodology used is appropriate for a cross-sectional study.

The results are clearly discussed. Would the authors comment on the R2 values in Tables 3-5.

Discussion:

This is a good review of the literature. The authors included strengths and limitations of the research.

Thank you very much for your attention to my opinion.
