This study is very well done, described and organized. Results are presented clearly in a very good English. I congratulate with Authors. Limitations are clearly stated, and I agree that results should not applied to older population. Conclusions are supported by data.
This research is interesting but applications in medicine could have in limited impact. I do not have additional comments.
