Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

A very good study and also written in a succinct manner.  I trust it would be more interesting to even repeat the study during this time, given that most of the population around the world was pushed towards working from home after COVID-19 and the terminology of flexible work arrangements has a totally new connotation now!

Author Response

Thank you for reviewing the manuscript and for valuable feedback. We agree that it would be interesting to repeat the study during this time, but we hope that our result can be useful as a guideline for organizations that have been forced to work from home due to the pandemic and adapt the organization to a more flexible way of working.

The manuscript has been reviewed for the current language, but no corrections could be found except of one reference that had the wrong formatting, which has been changed (row 172).

Sincerely,

Sofie Bjärntoft, on behalf of all authors

Reviewer 2 Report

I thank the authors that they invested much effort and time in writing an excellent draft before before submitting it to this journal, well done!

Therefore, I really liked to read this paper. The research question is very innovative and the study well conducted.

So, even after a critical review I found nothing that has to be changed from my perspective.

Congratuliations, this is one of the few exceptions where I can reccommend to  a paper even after the first round!
