In the original publication [1], there was a mistake in Table S4b as published. During a post-publication verification of our manuscript, we discovered that the amino acid composition table included in the published manuscript was inadvertently transcribed from an earlier version of the analysis data. We have prepared a corrected table based on the latest verified data and are submitting it here for inclusion as a minor correction. The corrected Table S4b appears below. The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.

Total anthocyanin was analyzed using Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, and amino acid composition was analyzed using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence Detection. ND (Not Detected) indicates that the component was below the quantification limit; the quantification limit represents the detectable result, with amino acid composition being 0.1%.
