I think the research is properly planned and conducted in scientific proceedings. 

Especially valuable is the optimization of fermentation values, also bioreactor research is needed in further research.

I have found some editorial mistakes to be improved

Line 314 data in Table 6 (there is no this table).

Both in numbering tabes as well as figures the renumbering should be done.

Dear Authors,

in general, the present manuscript reports interesting results about developing a method of naringinase biosynthesis by Aspergillus niger KMS on an optimized culture medium. The paper is of interest to readers and the study contains some interesting data. The experimental design is well conducted. In my opinion, the revised manuscript can be accepted after minor revision. See the file attached.
