As the Editor-in-Chief of Nanomaterials, it is my great pleasure to announce the winner of the Nanomaterials 2021 Best PhD Thesis Award.

The award has been granted to:

Nanobiosensing platforms with SERS and MIP-based technologies

Ph.D. in Nanotechnologies and Nanosciences, CENIMAT/i3N, Materials Science Department, Faculdade de Ciência e Tecnologia–Universidade Nova de Lisboa, 2829-516 Lisbon, Portugal

The winner will receive 800 CHF, a certificate, and a chance to publish a paper free of charge in Nanomaterials in 2022.
