Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Social interaction is an important factor through the development stage from childhood stage to adolescence. Social interaction is important for children to develop their interpersonal relationship, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, social distance has been suggested to prevent the virus expression. The technology may be used as a mediator of social interaction and plays as instrument to keep regular social activities. However, the internet addiction maybe addressed and considered during this social interaction procedure for developing children, because it’s been reported the effect of internet addiction on cognitive development. A good developed social interaction allows children to develop their resilience to cope with whatever their life is and how to make connection to their brain development is important to grow into well-rounded and healthy youths.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your invaluable studies to our Special Issue.

This Special Issue aims to call for attention to investigate the correlation between social interaction and children’s development.

In this Special Issue, original research articles and reviews are welcome. Research areas may include (but not limited to) the following: social interaction, technology interaction, interpersonal connection, children’s development, cognitive neuroscience in childhood

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
