Young Investigator Award
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the winner of the IJERPH 2020 Young Investigator Award is Dr. Ioar Rivas.
Dr. Ioar Rivas is an Assistant Research Professor of ISGlobal, the Barcelona Institute for Global Health, Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Rivas’s research interests are in indoor and ambient air quality, air pollutants monitoring, atmospheric chemistry, exposure to air pollutants, environmental epidemiology, air pollution and neurodevelopment, and air pollution and children’s health. Dr. Rivas received her PhD in 2015 and has an outstanding publication record, comprising 46 publications in peer-reviewed international journals. Ioar Rivas’s Scopus Scientific Citations number 1968 and her Hirsch index is 24. Her record on awarded fellowships is also impressive, as she has been awarded two Marie Curie’s Fellowship and a Marie Curie co-fund within the last five years, which highlight the excellence of her research. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Ioar Rivas for her outstanding achievements.
As the awardee, Dr. Ioar Rivas will receive an honorarium of 2000 CHF, an offer to publish a paper free of charge before 31 December 2021 in IJERPH after peer-review, and an engraved plaque.
