Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

In the era of digital transformation, health supervision, and promotion are evolving rapidly due to the increasing availability of complex data. Advances in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and big data are shaping new paradigms in healthcare, enabling personalized interventions, improving patient outcomes, and optimizing clinical decision-making. However, integrating these technologies into healthcare supervision and promotion requires rigorous evaluation, ethical considerations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This Special Issue will highlight innovative approaches that leverage complex data to enhance health supervision, disease prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.

We invite you to contribute to this Special Issue, focusing on cutting-edge research exploring the intersection between digital health, AI-driven decision support, and evidence-based health promotion.

This Special Issue aims to gather high-quality research addressing novel methodologies, applications, and challenges in the use of artificial intelligence, big data, and predictive analytics for health supervision and promotion. The goal is to bridge the gap between technological advancements and their real-world implementation in clinical practice, public health, and rehabilitation sciences. We encourage submissions that provide new insights into AI-driven health assessment tools, digital health interventions, telemedicine applications, and the role of exercise in personalized rehabilitation and preventive medicine.

This Special Issue aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence and predictive analytics in health supervision, investigating how these technologies can enhance clinical decision-making and population health management. It also seeks to assess the impact of digital health tools and telemedicine on disease prevention and patient management, analyzing their effectiveness and feasibility across various clinical and community settings.

Furthermore, this Special Issue will focus on developing innovative approaches to pelvic floor health and rehabilitation, a key area in women’s health and musculoskeletal disorder management. Additionally, it will examine the quality and reliability of online health information within the field of infodemiology, aiming to understand its impact on medical decision-making and health education.

Finally, this issue will analyze the effectiveness of exercise therapy as a strategy for health promotion and personalized rehabilitation, evaluating its integration into innovative care models and its application in different health conditions.

For this Special Issue, we welcome the submission of original research articles and reviews. Research areas may include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • AI-based predictive models for early disease detection and prevention.
  • Telemedicine and remote health supervision.
  • Digital health applications for personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
  • Big data analytics in patient monitoring and chronic disease management.
  • Evidence-based approaches in pelvic health and women’s health rehabilitation.
  • Infodemiology and the role of online health information in clinical decision-making.
  • The integration of technology in exercise therapy and public health.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
