Travel Award
The Clean Technol. Travel Award was launched in 2026, and it is presented every year to encourage junior scientists to enhance their profile by presenting their latest research at academic conferences in the field of technology development, which aim to reduce the environmental impact of human activities. The application process is open from April to October every year, and winners are announced by the end of December.
The Prize:
– CHF 500;
– A certificate.

Eligibility and Requirements
– Postdoctoral fellows or PhD students;
– Plans to attend an international conference in 2027 (oral presentation or poster).
List of Documents for Application
– Information of the conference the applicant is planning to attend and the abstract that will be submitted;
– Curriculum Vitae and list of publications;
– Justification letter describing the focus of the research (max. 800 words);
– Letter of recommendation from the supervisor, research director, or department head, which also confirms the applicant’s status.
