Section Information
This section is devoted to biological and biomimetic strategies of fabrication and manufacturing. Inspired by biology, researchers have proposed a great number of materials with high performance, but their methods of preparation are not always as smart as the biological ones. In this section, we are focused on biomimetic manufacturing, molecular biomimetics, and the characterisation of materials, surfaces and systems synthesized according to such novel approaches.
