Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Gynecological cancers, including ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancers, remain a major challenge in women’s health worldwide due to their complex pathogenesis, late-stage diagnosis, and limited therapeutic options. Recent advances in molecular biology, immunology, and precision medicine have uncovered novel therapeutic targets and pathways, offering new opportunities for improved treatment strategies. This Special Issue aims to bring together original research and comprehensive reviews that explore innovative therapeutic targets, novel drug candidates, and translational strategies for gynecological cancers. We particularly encourage submissions addressing molecular mechanisms, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, resistance pathways, biomarkers, and the integration of natural products or bioactive compounds in cancer therapy. By highlighting both progress and challenges, this Special Issue seeks to provide a platform for advancing scientific understanding and fostering clinical translation in the fight against gynecological cancers.
