Young Investigator Award

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the Atmosphere 2021 Young Investigator Award is Dr. Shaojie Song.

Dr. Song is a research associate in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. Dr. Song’s research interests include air pollution, atmospheric chemistry, greenhouse gases, inverse modeling, climate science, and renewable energy. He received his PhD in 2016 and has an outstanding publication record, comprising 50 publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Song’s Publons scientific citations number is 1375, and his Hirsch index is 21. Despite the modern competitive environment, he is a rising star in the field of atmospheric and climate science. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Song for his exceptional achievements.

As the awardee, Dr. Shaojie Song will receive following prizes:
2000 CHF (Swiss Francs);
The option to publish one paper free of charge in Atmosphere after peer review before the end of 2022;
An engraved plaque.
