Travel Award
Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Evaluation Committee, I am pleased to announce the winner of the 2019 ChemEngineeering Travel Award.
This award is granted to Dr. Vincenzo Russo, a research fellow under the supervision of Prof. Martino Di Serio at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Naples, Italy. Dr. Russo’ research focuses on chemical reaction engineering science concerning both reaction and reactor modelling. He will attend the CatBior meeting, which will be held on 23 September 2019 in Turku, Finland.
It was a very difficult decision with such high-quality applications for the awards, and we would like to thank all the applicants in various fields of study for their participation and all the Award Committee members for their evaluation of the abundant excellent applications. We congratulate Dr. Vincenzo Russo for his accomplishment.

Eligibility and Requirements
– Postdoctoral fellows or PhD students, research fellows;–Plans to attend an international conference in 2019 (oral presentation or poster).
List of Documents for Application
– Information of the conference the applicant is planning to attend and the abstract that will be submitted;– Curriculum Vitae and list of publications;
– Justification letter describing the focus of the research (max. 800 words);
– Letter of recommendation from the supervisor, research director, or department head, which also confirms the applicant’s status.
