Meet Us at the Models in Population Dynamics, Ecology and Evolution (MPDEE’26), 20–24 April 2026, Leicester, UK

MDPI will be participating in the upcoming Models in Population Dynamics, Ecology, and Evolution (MPDEE’26), which is set to take place from 20 to 24 April 2026, in Leicester, UK.

MPDEE’26 will focus on the application of mathematical modeling to explore processes and mechanisms in a wide range of biological systems, from cellular to societal scales. A key emphasis will be on the interplay between ecology and evolution across both time and space, particularly in the context of climate change.

The conference will also address the similarities between modeling techniques traditionally used in ecology and evolution and those applied in other life sciences. The goal is to promote interdisciplinary approaches and stimulate further advancements in population dynamics, ecology, and evolution. MPDEE’26 will provide an open forum for interaction between theoretical researchers and empirical biologists, aiming to enhance communication and bridge the gap between theoretical models and empirical observations.

The following MDPI journals will be represented at the conference:
