The study presented in the manuscript deals with a further analysis of the quantum teleportation, starting from defining features of the Heisenberg picture, and then re-exposing the solution proposed by Deutsch and Hayden.

The manuscript contains sufficiently original results that can be published in MDPI Quantum Reports.

I recommend it for publication in the present form.
