The paper proposes DESA method, a modification of MCF in SEA. The paper is well written, and the idea is well presented.

 

However, the introduction presented in the paper is a text book information. The authors must include more on the most recent works (usually within last 5 years) relating to the proposed problem statement regarding the MCF or SEA to show the novelty of the paper.

The subject dealt with is very specific, as can be seen from the limited number of references, which should be expanded.

Authors should highlight their contribution to the development of the topic and make the paper easier, understandable and legible.

The initial part of the paper is written in an incomprehensible way

Expand the paragraph of the discussion and specify the contribution and the made to the topic.

He wonders if test cases have been carried out with respect to other authors on the same subject and what are the differences and improvements.

Specify the terms of UESA / DESA.

Explain better how you obtained the results shown in fig. 2
