The authors have presented the human respiration rate detection method using UWB radar at the UAV platform. the major comments are:

 

1) some variable were never used like d(t). In Eq (1) d(t) = d_0 + X(t) + d_UAV(t), however, the author used only X(t) and d_UAV. Similarly, Eqs. (10-12). 

2) what is lambda, theta and the term 4pi/lambda?

3) In eq (3), is this tau_v or tau_r? make correction.

4) line 135: tau_v

5) Eq(5): tau_v or tau_r?

6) line 169: shown in ... that illustrates the process of human respiration extraction in the outdoor injured people scenario using UWB radar.

7) In (13): what m and a here?

8) In eq(18): What is E?

9) In Figure 9, define the axis of the observed signals

10) In eq(17), x1, x2 ... are these components of the X(t)?

11) line 200: y1, y2, ... are never used. what is the difference between these two variables, y and the transmitted pulse s?

12) use present tense in the experiment section.

 

The paper lacks a detailed description of the given material.
